The best way to evaluate HodHod is to use it. Every user gets a completely free account to manage up to 500 subscribers, giving you the space to explore all features and tools and decide if HodHod is the right fit before upgrading to a paid plan.

Subscriptions & Payments

Given the digital nature of our service and the availability of a free tier, our subscription policy is as follows:

• Paid subscriptions: All payments are non-refundable once your account has been upgraded to a paid plan.
• Cancellation flexibility: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time, in one click.
• Service continuity: Upon cancellation, your account remains fully active with all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it automatically reverts to the free plan.

We work hard to keep HodHod running reliably around the clock. If you experience a fully documented service outage on our end that prevents access to the platform, please reach out to us. We are committed to reviewing each case fairly and providing appropriate remedies.
